Cancellation Information

Standard policy

Jade Japan Tours requests at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a booking.

Weather cancellations

In heavy rain or snow, tours are cancelled for safety. You'll be informed 6–8 hours ahead of the scheduled start time, and rescheduling will be discussed directly.

Bookings made through GetYourGuide

Once GetYourGuide listings are live, the cancellation terms shown on that listing govern any booking made there, and take precedence over this page.
